论文简介：At present, global cultural interests clash violently, cultural exchanges are unprecedentedly active, and cultural issues are complex and fluid. Since the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, strengthening cultural self-confidence and further strengthening cultural soft power have become urgent goals of China research, and the urgency of establishing a socialist cultural power is becoming increasingly prominent. This article analyzes two key concepts of cultural identity and soft power, and explores in depth the importance of strengthening China's cultural construction. On this basis, the article further puts forward the triple logic of the formation of cultural identity and explores a practical way to enhance China's cultural soft power in order to provide appropriate theoretical guidance and guidelines for China to build socialist cultural power.

 

作者简介：尹如玉，辽宁大学转型国家经济政治研究中心助理研究员，政治学博士。主要研究领域为俄罗斯外交政策，出版俄文专著1部，曾在《莫斯科大学学报（新闻卷）》、《Ojkumena. Regional researches》等俄文重点期刊上发表论文10余篇，主持省部级科研项目1项，校级科研项目3项。
